The electric furnace carbon block for the ore furnace takes calcined anthracite, graphite powder and metallurgical coke as raw materials, pitch & oil tar are added as binders, which are formed by high-frequency vibration machine and used as lined refractory of iron ferroalloy furnace, such as calcium carbide furnace,ferrosilicon furnace, yellow phosphorus furnace, silicon furnace, silicon calcium furnace, etc. The using of carbon blocks improves the corrosion resistance of the lining and achieves the purpose of prolong life-span of the lining, so that the production can be carried out continuously for as long as possible, the utilization of the furnace is improved, the thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity are increased, and the temperature of the molten pool is increased. The deep insertion of the electrodes also saves various consumption caused by the shutdown of the furnace.
